well what an experience with these guys, im inclined to say please do not deal with them because their customer service is A.horrible, B.lazy.
i ordered a CF trunk and hood from them, the hood turned out ok, but the trunk was a nightmare, the weave was all out of place defective places in the weave and chipping all over it. here are a few of the many pics i got of the trunk...
after speaking to them they tell me they cant give me a new one, they will only refund my money, this is after a week of debating with them if they were gonna replace it or not........ so on the phone they say to me that the last two trunks they had were sold friday (remember i have had my complaint in for a week prior, with pics provided and such) the gentelman on the phone tells me send it back to us we will find someone who will buy it.
i can go into much more detail but the main reason i posted this is because when my trunk goes back to them , they are just gonna sell it to the next poor guy and hope he just puts up with it.
customer service-2/10
product- 2/10
overall satisfaction- 1/10
this has been the worst buying experience ive had and ive had quite a few.
that sucks, sign up for free porn sites with their email adress...

Wow, what a story. Thats rediculous that a company like that could crank out shoddy CF work and get away with it AND still have such a rediculous attitude to "sell the truck to someone else" What gets me is with as popular as CF is now, and how many companies are manufacturing products like this, id think they compete to have better products than their competition. R-E-A-diculous.

same problem here. 5 years ago I bought a VIS Racing C/F hood for my Talon and the weave was terrible. The edges started cracking and and the mounts for my hindges were getting weak. I have had and heard nothing but bad about them. sucks to see such an expensive item be so poorly put together.

Wow Mark, sorry to hear that, but thanks. I've emailed those morons twice and called once about placing the exact same order. They totally gave me the feeling that they really didn't care to make me happy, just that they were busy enough without worrying about me. So I said screw 'em.
Problem is, I can't find anywhere else to go. I still have a dented up trunk and desperately want to replace it. Thanks for the tip, but I need a new trunk (and I guess hood if I'm going CF), and just don't want to spend a million bucks doing it. I also don't want crap, so VIS seemed like a good choice. Guess not.
.............6 weeks is what they tell me my wait is for a new one, i really have no choice at this time but to just wait for a new one, i already paid too much with shipping and duty etc..........i expect 2x that wait.
A guy on bimmerforums was just contemplating buying a CF trunk from them a few days ago. A lot of members posted for him not to buy the CF trunk. He had a e46. It might've been e46fanatics, but yeah the same general shitty consensus.
