want to send a huge thank you to all at AA especially Jean for the help i recieved in the last week, the story goes, last friday my S/C stopped working, later found out the bearing had blown in it, still dont know the actual cause of it, but that very night i was in a panic, AA wasnt open on weekends, and i made a bunch of PM's and emails. Saturday morning i recieved an email back to call Jean at home. i did so , they were able to send me all new parts and i was able to get everything up and running in less than 4 days from the time i confirmed the shipping charges.
that is service you Cannot deny as being A-class.
