went out for a quick drive, past this buiiling with a bunch of windows....damn do my wheels (and im sure urs since there similar do too) look fucking AMAZING! when they spin!

heres a quick vid of the exhaust, revved it a little then did quick drive by, it sounds OK in the video, the exhaust was still pretty cool...but after you drive it for a bit and it gets nice and warm, its a whole nother tone, deeper and a bit louder, real nice

Yeah it took like 3 months before I finally saw mine spin and teh suspension squat down when my mechanic test drove it. I was delerious it was soo cool! The deep dish and see thru effect when they move is sick. This is a quality I like about the new ///M3 wheels too since they too are see thru when moving (plus that insane inward curve!). Anyway, I'm still on the Blackberry but getting on a real computer soon to check out the new pics for real and listen to the exhaust! I wasn't sure what you meant by teh gap in teh fender but think I now see it on the rear shot. I also am due for new pics and have my trusty new 12.1 Megapixel camera (true 1080 HD) to shoot them with though I still need that ding in my hood from teh SC air hose bolt fixed. Dunno bro' I love her so and planned all new mods for summer but that other thing we talked about is really gonna be now or never, it will just kill me to do it when the time comes and I'll likely get killed financially too...

Need to get on that project and will want your input on colors and wheels etc. I know waiting and other options are there, but nothing is the same as raising your own baby...

BTW - you are too funnay as you do a whole poll and shit and get a big split 5 spoke response then go multi anyway! LOL. Good for you man - they look awesome and the more great Z's the better!

Will post after I check out teh exhaust and pics.

thanks man, yea, the rest of the piping is stock, didnt have enough cash to go with a cat back, and no one down here does mandrel bending on custom tubes...so for now the muffler is good, time to save up for suspension!

Hey Miggs, finally got on and heard the clip - sounds great - you must be so psyched! Careful as these mods get addictive and there is always more to do!

As to my "whine" I admit I need to learn how to upload but as I now have the Sony camera with the mpeg ability as well as my 3 year old DVC Sony camcorder, I should be able to put something together. I think it got a bit louder than it was a few months back and I am always listening as Prof scared me way back with that one horror story, but the main thing is that wicked whistle at idle and early revs followed by a vicious whine once you get moving that is awesome! If I don't follow through in my other idea, I planned/plan to get a Remus exhaust but would def listen to my shop and you guys on other exhaust alternatives as of course, last years mods were many! As to suspension, the H & R coilovers are sick and the car is super stiff, and like I've said before, once I saw it squat down and move, I was in love! We'll talk more. She's due for wash really bad, but what's nice is even filthy, she STILL shines and makes me happy which is all that really matters!

there were some other real nice choices, but i ended up with these because i really had my eyes on the beyerns, but they were too much $$$, and wanted something out of the norm, at least down here....you dont see cars with these type of wheels too often down here, i regret nothing! lol

my magnaflow is not too loud, just right, MAYBE a bit louder, but ive heard they get louder with time, so well see about that

lol...i fit just fine man, im only 6'2'', i guess the position of the camera and stuff made me look taller than what i am

I will let you know what I think when we get together. My guess is you would know if it was busted, though.

I like the mods, Miguel!

I really like the Multi's and think Migg's particular ones look Schweet, but y'all know I'm a Multi-guy based on my own Z. Espceeially cool since no one down his way has those wheels. I had someone in my office from SF this AM who lost his Shiet over the pic of teh Z on my desktop, specifically commenting on teh multi-wheels! He saw, he wants, he has dough. I am thinking...
