Here are some pics of me running in the local AutoX.

I will put up some pics of the other cars when I get my film developed and scanned in.

Awesome! I want to do autox but it's pretty hard on your car. I've been thinking of buying a mid 90s e36 for autox, but I don't think I can talk my wife into it

not really that hard... at solo 2 auto-x you only get like 3-4 30-60 sec runs.

i plan on attending some solo 2 events organized by kyscca next year - with my 5er

lol 5 days of stop and go traffic hurts your car more than auto x'ing it...

if you wanna be COMPLETELY safe: get a set of racing tires and switch em out... then auto-xing is fine for your biimor

ha, thats what the car is made for. I used run my 70' 2002 so hard like that and never once had a problem with reliability.

professional recommend that for the first season or two you use your street tires and just work on improving your driving... then getting tires and suspension after that.

which means tear it up in ur stock car all you can  :P

I have been running on Toyo T1-S's and they do pretty well. Next season I will have stickies. And maybe some suspension mods.

Anyone thinking about doing it should!! It is great fun and you will lear a lot about yourself and your car.
