Try "Gel-gloss" from Home Depot to rub it out. Gel-gloss (in the purple can) is a very gentle product made to shine faux marble. It's not specifically an automotive product but it will not harm a clear coat. I use it successfully on a regular basis. If that doesn't work try "No 7" brand paste conditioner. It's a little more abrasive than the Gel-gloss.
