Yeah, those are just flat out sexy and are on my to-do list. Is installation of this a simple process that a non-techy person like myself could do? Any special tools needed?

yes, installation is very easy. when you order the nr gauge overlays, the instructions for it will come with it.
tools needed are T10 torx srewdriver and T20 torx screwdriver
first, you need to take out your cluster.
(these instructions are from woobie in another post) i'm too lazy to type them up at the moment.
1) unscrew the two verticle T20 torx screws that holds the cluster.
2) pull out the cluster, disconnect the two wire harnesses. (there is a flip mechenism that unlocks the wires, you must push a small tab for the flip mechenism to flip up and unlock)
3) pull the two rubber knobs/buttons out.
4) behind the cluster you will find 7 T10 torx screws. unscrew them
5) the back plastic casing should come right out
6) carefully take out the gauge unit. Its a big computer board on one side, and the gauges on the other side. Gently take it out and put it aside
7) slide the NR faces underneath the tip of the needles and work around to align over the original face.
8) align the NR face to original face, making sure you can see all lines, graphics and numbers through the face before using adhesive to hold in place.
9) plug cluster in, turn on lights to be sure all faces are properly aligned. once face in in place and properly aligned, cut a piece of the 2-sided adhesive.
10) lift up corner of face and put adhesive on original black face. peel back tape and stick NR face on to black face. this will hold face in place in addition to cover holding faces in place.
11) install everything back in reverse order. Make sure the needles are where they were from the start
12) when you plug the wires back, one of them will cause the gauges to make a buzzing noise..dont worry.
