Thanks for all the comments, located in Jersey btw. Most e30's have rust issues, mine has some on the rear valence by the battery tray, very common
spot, I took care of it with POR-15 until I can repair it.

Haven't dyno'd the new motor yet, I still have to decide on what engine management to use. The motor pulls strong even on stock chip and ecu but has so much more potential.
