I can't help it. 56K? ohmyheck

I love taking pictures of this car. I forgot that I took these pictures in December. What's so funny is that before I saw this car, I wasn't a fan of stretch or poke. Now I can't imagine this car without it.
:alright:

One of the guys keeps telling me that a pterodactyl shit on my car.

Down and out. Word.

Stance makes the car.

This car hasn't had much done to it yet, mostly small stuff that was broken/annoying.
1. The adjustable front was maxed out at the top in these pictures, got that fixed, now I can adjust up AND down.
2. Coolant gauge didn't work, thermostat sticking and car overheating made me fix that quick.
3. Custom 10mm hubcentric spacers are on the way.
4. I need the rear camber/toe adjustment kit, then my tires won't get ate up.
5. Then after I have the suspension sorted, an alignment.
The list never ends.
Aesthetic/looks dept. on the way: Tint, green bronze trim and euro bumps (w/patina, of course).

Then, a turbo M30.

nice, you are running pretty strong camber on those rear wheels... might be about right for a track car (maybe too much as you might be losing too much contact patch on the rear..) but no go for a street car.. :\

Hence, #4. I'm whipping through rear tires like candy. $$

One thing at a time.

i dissagree...i need more camber and definately some more caster/camber up front....im wearing on the outside of the tires on a street car...i think im at about 2*

just remember when you get rid of camber you will poke the top of the wheels out more...you will lose a lot of clearance...you said you are adding spacers too? so poking them out another 10mm and eliminating camber? not gonna happen, lol thats gonna cram the tire right into the fender...but if you are going from a 20mm spacer to a 10mm then eliminating camber then you might be ok...

WTH? do you guys drive like girls around turns? lol...camber doesn't necessarily cause tire wear unless you burn out a lot or drive like an old lady around turns...if you dont smoke the tires all the time and take the turns at respectable turns camber wont affect you..unless you are running cheap hard tires...

toe destroys tires...end the hate on camber...lol

That is true. Toe is the real death of tires. I have a little negative camber and these winter tires have lasted me almost 2 full winters and I think they still have one more left. Teh Pirate is correct...as usual

....I drive sanely....most the time.... I had to adjust the camber even more negative on the seven b/c it was starting to show outer wear.... so camber IS a wearing angle but toe DOES wear more....

I got 10mm spacers for the front because the ones on the car now are just discs with no hub extender. I think it's going to knock my fillings out if I don't fix it soon.
I did actually think about the whole toe/camber issue getting fixed and having rubbing issus (as if that isn't already a problem) I don't have ANYTHING in my trunk, and I still rub going around long corners super hard. We'll see what happens, I might have to downgrade from the 20mm spacers in the rear.

The front end is going to be lower soon, I think.. When I put the euro valence and bumps on... should be interesting.

GSD: If you come out, YES. You may drive all of my cars if you wish. You'll have to beg my wife to drive the x3, though. You're in luck, she likes blondes.
