92 318i 5-speed cabrio, IS lid, IS lip, IS wheels.
only 125K miles, mostly original paint, 2 owner car.

she's not much in the mod department, I'd like to do the usual suspension mods and move to 15" OEM BBS wheels. I like my cars to have the "from the factory" look. i've been hearing "ground control" for a coilover setup... how about eibach prokit/bilsten sport? i've got that setup in my golf and dig it.

yes, it is. not really fast, but fun to wind out nonetheless. i figure a 1.5" drop and swaybars would make her handle really smartly. i'm also toying with the idea of a CAI and a catback, with a chip. think I'd see 150HP (instead of 135) with a setup like that?

after owning her for 7 years, I think it's time to play.

I rented an '87 same color, same body a few weeks ago, (but it was a 325i) and damn that thing was nice!! I thought it had excellent pickup. I got it up to 220km/h (136 mph) on the autobahn coming back from paris. I dare say that I could have gone faster, but I was running out of clear road. oh well.

Nice car!

It would seem so. Hey, anyone know where one can get the IS rims, trunk lip, etc? I think they'd look really smart on the 325e.

And wow, that car is beautiful.

yup 318ic's are around... I got the lip/wheels/trunk thru the local dismantler... I have a friend in the VW club that works there.

i have the eibach pro kit on mine and it drops the e30 dramatically. take a look at some of my pics.

too bad I covered my MOA sticker when I got the 'license plate pocket' or whatever the heck you call it (excuse the picture)

and yes, it is kind of 'majestic' in a GT kinda way. i'm looking at the same suspension setup I have in my Golf... eibach prokit springs, bilstein sport shocks. should work well, especially on some 15" BBS (in the works)

how come the plastic filler between the taillights is practically nonexistent in the USA, yet it has a valid USA part number, even for a '92 E30 cabrio? i think it looks great.

oh, and the reason for the MOA sticker is this:

'96 K1100RS. my "other" BMW hehe

Nice bikes, how does the Paso ride? Funky 80s look to it. Reminds me of the Timothy Dalton Bond movies for some odd reason.
