That's the first ti i've seen with a M engine, and I must tell you it's lookin' good.

Do you have any numbers (like 0-60 and 1/4 mile)... I know they are lower than those of a real M3, but I want to know how much due to less weight and that 3.91 lsd.

enjoy it man...that's a beauty right there.

What your power to weight ratio?

Did the heavier motor affect the handling since it weighed down the front end? Maybe you need some heavier dut shocks/springs, etc? Seems like you would need a big brake kit, no?

What's the weight distribution?

Car's weight is 2750 on the scale. Dyno is 221 hp to wheels and 217 ftlbs. Motor didn't really affect braking or anything else. By the way I have smoked even an E46 M3 and you dont even want to know how bad I smoked an E36 M3.

Why is the engine kicking out 220 bhp?

Isn't the compact actually heavier than the E36 coupe?

My brain hurts...... used

And E46's are heavier yet. My 87 M50 E30 weighs 2690 with a half tank of fuel and all junk removed ie spare tire and jack.

My 87 M-tech I in Germany weighs 2570 with half a tank of gas so you can see the differance from US portly cars with sound deadning material and leather everywhere, plus we get every power option under the sun. Oh and door bash bars and 5 mph bumpers.....

It adds up.
