Where's the VW Phaeton?

i remembered reading the articles LAST YEAR comparing it to the 7, and the S class. where is it already? they said it would come out by may 2003. it's not even on the models section of vw.com, i'm checking now. it has some flash thing that's new on the site to check out the phaeton, but i can't view that becuas i'm at work. i'd like to see one when they hit dealers. you know it's going to bomb, considering VW made a $40k car, the Passat W8. and they sold 7 or 8 of them

where's the marketing for this car though? i haven't heard anything in 9 months, and it's supposed to be coming out this month.

Didn't the W8 produce less HP than the e46 m3? A V-8 producing less than an inline 6 is shameful.
Isn't Audi just a VW in a nicer wrapper?
Why don't chickens have lips?
Maybe they pushed the Phaeton back since the Wolfsberg has been released?
If I were to hold a burp, a sneeze, and a fart in all at the same time would my head explode?

too, many, questions! it's a W8, so that's 2 V4's. and a camaro has 5.7 liters in the engine but it only has 305hp or so, so that doesn't mean much at all.
an audi is a vw in a nicer wrapper, but i'm not sure how much nicer, and i don't know if it's worth the extra money, but i love the A4 nonetheless.
i'm not sure if chickens have "official" lips. they do have a tight ass though.....

My understanding is that the Bug, Golf, and TT share the same chasis and most of the parts (the bug and golf I think are almost the same shiz with a different body) are also the same. I would think that the Passats and the A4 are the same shizz.

the A4 is shorter than the Passat. they used to share the same chassis until 2001 i believe. strange that people buy a passat when you can get a A4 for the same price. a loaded passat is like 32 grand

personally i would never get a VW...but audi isnt bad at all. VW cars are way under powered; something with their engineering department...just isnt there yet.

the jetta GLI has 2.8 liter engine. 200hp. 195 torque at 3500rpm i beleive, it's a nice engine. but jettas are way overpriced, the loaded one costs about 30 grand!!! i'd rather have a loaded A4 1.8 for that
