legacy/ sti swap= sick!

A buddy of mine just bought this car from maryland while on the east coast.
I'll post a link to the site so you can see what was done to it. Pretty sick if you ask me. A 98 legacy with a Sti engine, tranny, and suspension swap plus some. I'm not sure if the dyno that was posted by the original owner is true but, I would imagine it puts out some good numbers. Tell me what you think.

I think he said he bought it for about $ 16,000-17,000. I guess the guy just likes project cars and doesn't worry alot about money.
