on the auto's section of msn. like autos-msn.com you can check out specs of the car. my car, 1990 mazda mx6 5 speed, 110hp, 130 torque, 2560 lbs (LIGHT AS FUCK!).
i think quarter mile is 17 seconds, not sure about 0-60. i bet if i got better tires than the ones i have now (185-70-R14) i could do it faster, and handle better, because they're so damn narrow, i lose traction if i accelearte fast in first gear.
also, how much hp gain would i get from a K&N filter? i hear they're only like 40 bucks.

I don't think you would gain any noticeable HP (1 -5 MAYBE, but doubtful). What you may gain, however, is better gas mileage. I've been known to be wrong though, and slightly crazy. Shizzam.

having 110hp and a 5 speed is good for something!!! [/b][/quote]
I had an '89 Ford Probe (in '89 till '93) with the same engine/drivetrain (Both are built on the same assembly line in Flat Rock, MI.) It was a pretty good car. Awesome gas mileage and acceleration wasn't too bad. That was the first 5 speed car I bought. Also my first car with CDplayer and car phone (remember the big phones that mounted on the side of the console)
