Hey guys, I was wondering which type headers would be better for a friend of mine Integra GSR: Should he get the two piece or one piece headers, and should he get the ceramic or steel ones?

4-1 Headers are the best for N/A applications, they provide a very stable, great sounding exhaust note, as well as maximizing power, my friend has an '01 GS-R, and we've had both types on there, the 4-1 is much better sounding.
