My 535 had been in an accident?

Hi all - looking for some friendly insight, and possibly a BMW NA contact... I am the proud owner of a 2008 535xi - leased it last fall. I also own a BMW motorcycle, so I was not surprised that this was the best driving car that I had ever owned!

However, this weekend, while cleaning out the interior, I found a slip that my car had been in an accident before I purchased it! (and, I had been shown a clean CarFax at time of purchase).

I would prefer to find an alternate channel to the dealership - there is an obvious trust issue here. Anybody have any thoughts or insights? I would greatly appreciate them!

I would go back to the dealer you got it from and ask them about it and what was done!
