TODAY! '04 325i 36k miles Jet Black

The wife just bought this today. I like it a lot! I already have a need to spice it up a bit. I'm looking for the quick hits for HP and then the long term hits. I'm very mechanically inclined, as I've rebuilt/restored several American vehicles over the years.

What have you guys done? Easy stuff that I've done for other vehicles include Super Chips, cold air filters, headers, throttle body replacement, wheels/tires, exhaust.

I think this was rated at 186hp. I definitely want to move it from there!
