Shopping for my first!!! - BMW Forum

I entered the Air Force in 1972. I had a friend come back from Germany and all he could talk about was this thing - BMW. He had to have one. Since we didn't know what it was, we hoped he found one. He did!!!! From my very first ride with him in his 2002 I had this deep yearning to someday own one of these things - the BMW. Now, many years later (and many more BMW's on the road), kids raised and through college, I'm going to treat myself to one of those things - the BMW. I'm actively shopping now for a 328i, and can't wait to go cruising through the Ozarks here in Arkansas!!!!!! Looking forward to learning a lot here on the forum.

Welcome to the Werkz.

Make sure you check each car out thoroughly before you commit to buying, the usual things as you would with any other marque. Get what you want, but maybe not the first one you see. Put up some photos when you have the keys in your hand.
