Please Help

I bought a 2000 bmw323i and would love to go over 45 mph. The eml light and a light that looks like a gear has been on since buying the car. I have replaced $1500 in parts that the dealer said was the problem. still having problem the light will go out once in a while and run like theres no tomorrow then come back on and I'm lucky if it will go 45mph. I have done all the repairs myself. Throttle body, MAF, Plugs, cam sensor, intake manifold adjuster. cant afford to take to shop.

If the Dealer did the repairs......then they should be liable to correct the problem!

^ I think he means that...........the dealer advised on parts and he fitted them.

I would get a diagnostics run.

I have been told that the car may be running on an emergency back up program and needs the computer reprogramed. I'll know next week sometime
