Old dude with new toy

Just bought a 1994 540i. I've lowered just about every vehicle I've ever owned. This 540 is in immediate need of a front suspension overhaul. Looking for a little help or maybe a tip or two.

Welcome to the Werkz. There are plenty of people that can give you some advice on lowering this model and what items are the usual suspects in the front end suspension.

I would definitely go with H&R Sport Springs & Bilstein Dampners.......& if you want to go more extreme........then you will have to go with Coilovers......

Thanks for the info. If I were the only one to be driving it, I'd put it on the ground. But my girlfriend can't seem to grasp that concept, bless her heavy footed heart. The last couple of vehicles I've owned mysteriously lost front spoilers, etc.etc.
Think I'll do a mild front only setup and go from there. I'll post some before and after pics soon. It shows my age the way it looks now.
