hi my name is jacsin im 22 and i drive a 93 bmw 325i which doesnt star anymore and i need help to see whats wrong with the car

hey is there any1 out that know whats going on with my car my car wont start and th3 steering wheel is lock and battery is ok bcuz the lights r still on and i enter a code on the console the alarm went off and i dont have the oweners manual

When you try to start it, what does it do......? does it make a clicking sound.......or crank ? You should at least try to jump or charge the battery first.....see what happens & let us know.....
