Newbie questions?

hey guys,
I've been waiting for a e30 325ic 5 speed to pop up for sale in my area. Well, one just did and I'm going to check it out tommorow at noon. Here is the ad....

1990 BMW 325i convertible 3 SERIES

I just wanted to get any advice on what to look for on this car, any tips, and how you guys feel about the asking price. It seems like a good deal to me but after calling the guy, I did find out it has never had a timing belt service and at 90K it probably needs to be done. It is also a CA car so no rust. Top is in good shape as well. Any input will be greatly appreciated.

It looks pretty good, but that timing belt has to be changed ASAP! And I think the asking is a bit high.

Nice car, but the asking price is way out of line. Two years ago the listed value was about 2,000 in kbb.com. I ended up buying my e34.
