Hi there,

I recently got my first car, a 1987 BMW 325. I love it, and it has a huge amount of work that I need to do. the most prominent things that come to mind are the lack of power steering, the bogging down attributed to the mass airflow meter, and the driver's window that won't roll down when the door is closed, but there are quite a few more, those are just the most annoying.

oh, and I decided to join these forums for help and fun!

Hi,
I've been the owner of a 2000 323iT sport wagon for about 8 yrs. It's a great car -- very sporty for its practicality. Searching the web for how to remove the front signal lens, I came across this forum. Normally, I really don't get into this, but this looks like a very active site with real knowledge. As my car ages, I may begin to do more hands on maitenence with it to avoid expensive dealer service charges. I also enjoy doing things myself, as long as I have the proper tools and knowlege. I'm thinking this is the place to go to be informed about do's and don'ts of repair issues. Glad I found it.
