| New owner
Hello everyone. I recently purchased a 2000 528i. Bimmers have always been sort of a dream of mine to own, as I have always been a Chrysler man, but now the dream is a reality. I waited for the right car and was so lucky to find this one. It is in showroom condition except for the missing center wheel cap that must have just fell off as it came with new tires. Still trying to figure out all the radio buttons functions on the dash. Seems like there's a lot to learn. Still don't know what E39 or E60 terms are, maybe someone can enlighten me on that one. Have to replace a front wheel bearing as it is humming on a right turn. That's all this car needs. Not a chip or speck of rust inside the doors or anywhere, and is so nice. I live in MN up north where the lakes are and enjoy spending weekends on the sailboat and spending time with the family. I am also a wrestling coach as we are a big wrestling family. 51 yrs old..I hope I got lots of time to enjoy my BMW. Was wondering if there is any common problems with this model and what to look for. Car is parked for a bit as we wait for the snow and mud to leave!
