19yo male from nz, drive a 6.5t WA100 loader at work, got a e34 525i, seems to be giving me a few problems and had it for less than a week, got no central locking with alarm or key, no electric windows, sunroof, wipers or radio, car starts and runs fine, nice 650rpm idle, wouldnt have a clue whats wrong, but any help would be much appreciated

Where any of these items working when you first got it? Anything been done since you started driving it? Do they work intermittently?

Hiya mate, welcome to Bimmerwerkz...

Hmmm as suggested, go for the fuse-box first, then the earth/ground points and any associated wiring before suspecting the GCM... Or even the Comfort relay behind the glovebox !!

cheers guys, have already checked fuse boxes under the hood, checked all grounds i can find (not alot), also yes it was working when i got it, and it has been intermittent that they work, now they just dont.

UPDATE: ended up taking it to the auto sparky, they searched the car over and found a break in the wire under the car battery, bloody happy, only $96, cant complain, i now have a fuel flap that locks
