New Member - Simple M3 Battery Problem

Hi Everyone. Driving a 2003 M3 Convertible. 46,000 miles. Rarely abused. Used daily until this year. Standard 6 speed manual. I think my battery died. Embarrased to say, but where the hell did they hide the battery? I know someone told me, by I forgot over the last 4+ years I have owned it as I am a lazy and happy owner with rare problems handled by BMW service. Change in life now. More time and less money. Battery changing is one simple job I should be able to do. Rebuilt a few motors many years ago. Forgot so much. Battery is about 6 years old. Care is driven little now. Last two days, sluggish. Today, died. Any suggestions/advice would be appreciated.

I would def say new batt required, as for the location!! if its not under the hood, backseat, either side in the trunk, then only one place left under the spare wheel it the trunk!

Thanks. Found it. Feeling pretty dumb. Easy access in the trunk. Been letting others do for me too long. Time to enjoy the car beyond the driving.
