New member for a reason.. HELP

I have this bad shake in my steering wheel, i can actually feel it on my front passenger side tire while driving. I had to shops look at the problem and both told me the same thing. To make a long story short.. Last week i had (2) control arm bushings, (1) passenger front tie rod, (2) sway bar links and a new set of tires installed. And i still have this shake.. So i brought it back to the shop. After they looked at it again they said they felt the shake but couldnt locate anything wrong with the front passenger tire/wheel. They told me i need to bring it to a brake shop because my ABS light is on and believes my brakes are not releasing all the way?? I did change my brake pads this summer but no rotors. Does this make any sense & do anyone have any suggestions. Oh and to top it off. For some reason they rolled my window down and it all of a sudden won't roll up. I live in wisconsin and its cold & snowy..

Warped rotors can cause vibration, but its normally only present when the brakes are applied. Is the vibration associated with any particular speed? Does it change if you corner hard? (Try in an empty parking lot)
Maybe a failing wheel bearing?
