New Member/ Needs Help PLUGS/THERMOSTAT

I have a 2001 330xi with 107K. At 100k I had the major service done with all hoses, belts, stewart water pump, thermostat, fluids, timing chain and guides and replaced headgasket, valves, lifters, stock cams with ZHP cams, and also a Dianin TB.

Car has been running good but seems to be progressively becoming slower. I changed my plugs and they seem to be getting way too hot and the oil in the head is breaking down and burning. Im running Bosch FGR7DQP Platinum plugs and a stock thermostat.

I am loking for info on a cooler plug and also a cooler opening thermostat. any ideas or suggestions

Have u gone thru d threads on 5 & 7 series. Can't remember exactly.(thats about d thermostat)
