New member needing help with pictures!

Hi, im new to the site and i am tryin to post some pictures of my car! I seemed to have posted a pic in the members gallery but now want to remove it. Also the thumbnail is not showing the whole picture just part of it, how do i get it to show the whole picture? Sorry its probably easy i am just struggling! Many thanks

Personally, I'd advise you to upload pictures to other sites, such as photobucket or imageshack, and then just post the URL here. If you click the yellow "insert image" icon above the text field in the Quick Reply, you can paste the URL and the picture will show
