Hello to all the Bimmer lovers out there.
Purchased a 2004 325ci Convertible a year ago. Love it and sweet thing only had 49k on her. She needs a few cosmetic things on the inside, but other than that...she has been well taken care of. This is the first BMW I have owned and I am totally hooked on them. I am trying to learn more about them through this forum and read up on them in the car magazines with the newest models they come out with. I love the performance and the feel of it. So much different driving this little bit of Germany compared to the U.S. auto's I have bought over the years.
Cheers and thanks for all the great info here on bimmerwerkz.com
Ok..I have a question I hope someone can direct me to for A/C issue.
I have seen a few posts on here but I am terrible with blogs and trying to figure them out. (Newbie on a blog forum)
For a while my A/C vents were blowing cold on the driver side and warm with a bit of humidity on the passenger side. (single control) When I turn it on now..I can hear a vacuum like sound from the middle vents, thus they now both blow warm air. I have read on a few posts with others that it may be the water valve stuck open. Can anyone direct me to a post that has had the same problem. I do not hear the pump going on and off just the vacuum sound. I have a good mechanic but I want to see if I can replace the part myself if possible. Thanks for the input and direction.
