i have swapped my 1996 toyota hilux for it it has got some small problems and i hope you can help me

THE CENTRAL LOCKING IS NOT WORKING
THE PASSENGER SIDE DOOR WINDOW DOES NOT WORK
THE RADIO AND REAR SPEAKERS WAS STOLEN
WHEN ITS WARM IT DOES NOT START EASY
THE AIR CONDITIONING HAS GOT NO GAS IN
AND ON THE PHOTO THE TOP BOX WITH THE WHITE PLUG IS GONE
