New guy say'n hello! Hoping to learning more about my 94 318i

Hey everyone! I'm here to learn new tips/things about my car. Not a big "car" person, per say, however I'm very interested in getting some "know how"... I hope to refurbish my old bimmer cosmetically and mechanically. So anyone got some good info? Looking to fix the bumper, front and back, nose panel and doing some modifications for some better performance. ( I know, I know its only going to get soo good with a 1.8L 4 cycl. engine).

Yes... I've glanced at it... That's how I found this website by googling some info... I'm new to this online forum idea so hopefully I'll get this downpacked soon enough... But thanks for the post... At this point I hope to find a good place to find some replacement parts for the front and back bumper

As an Old car guy... suggest you do the mechanicals first. Things will pop up and I have seen too many people spend lots of money on cosmetics only to have a headgasket or clutch go and then have to scrap the car.
