You should refer to the manual that comes in your car and in the contents area look for the "instrument cluster" chapter and It should list all the on screen pics followed by descriptions of each one
The first pic says your car doesn't need or require any servicing The second picture is your car requires servicing or something could have failed and the m/s is the distance you can travel with the remaining amount of gas. There's instructions on how to change the units of measurement to what your familiar with.
