New to this forum but not to Bimmers

Delighted to join this forum. I been around Bimmers for a long time, ran my own shop for a few years. These new ones are a bit more complex but they're still cars.
Over the years I've owned almost every model except a 6er. From the 1600, 1800, 2002, 2500, 3.0CSi, 320, 325's, 520euro, 520/6euro, 530's, couple of 7's. Broke or wore out(mostly) and repaired all of them.
Been a driving school instructor for CCA, Porsche, MB, Shelby, Ferrari, Miata.
Now I run ChumpCars and have fun there.
Past officer in CCA, state of Ohio.

As an Architect I've built several Garage-ma-hals. Biggest was a 2story, 14car, heated beast (full of garage queens and motorcycles, oh, my).

Looking forward to exchanging ideas and solutions. Like I said these beasts are way more complex than 30years ago with all the electronics and different metals.....and truthfully just as much fun, but another answer to a sometimes impossible question does help.

As to photographs...I do have quite a collection of the fine older models and will post them as time allows.
My avatar is one I took of Peter Gregg coming down Thunder Alley at Mid-Ohio. I know I've got a bunch more of the racing Bimmers.
