New e30 325i Owner :)

Just bought it a week or two ago, it is all stock except for tinted windows. Immediate plans are to attack the front of the engine with:

New alternator (has PULSING interior lights-bad rectifier)
New water pump,
New timing belt (original reason for the surgery)
new t-belt tensioner and spring
all new front seals, including crank seal, cam and oil drive, o-rings and lower timing cover gasket
new "vent tube" o-rings (tube under intake manifold)
new thermostat
valve adjustment
new valve cover gasket
all new coolant and heater hoses
air filter
fuel filter
new V drive belts
oil and filter change,
new coolant

also will do a diff and trans fluid change at some point, soon...

147K on the clock, paid $2700 and have about $400 in new parts for it. I am going to do all the work myself!
