 New on the block with a E36!
Hi,
My name is Brian and i'm from Thirsk in North Yorkshire ( where James Herriot came from!)
The car is a 1995 E36 316i auto (my first BM.) which is cheap to run for insurance purposes.
When time and money allow, i do it up to a spec. over and above the standard
car.
Over all it has been reliable transport to work every day and is a pleasure to drive on any occasion rain or shine.
Recently i bought a service rest tool from e-bay which will change the indicator on the dashboard back to green when you have done the oil and filter after 6k.
Anything to save money!
My main problem at the moment is the steering, which i will talk about in the 3 series forum. |
