Need help in automatically putting new members on moderation.?

Hi all:

I seem to remember when creating a group, that there is an option to
keep all new members on moderation. I did not check it, and instead
chose to keep my group unmoderated. Now, I need to be able to moderate new
members. Can anyone tell me how to do this, without having to go and
physically place a new member on moderation? I have been searching
through the management section to no avail.
