My first BMW

Well, it took 35 years for me to get to the point where I could purchase my first bimmer. So here I am, bimmerworld! I have ventured onto the innernetz in the hopes of finding some resolution to my string of issues and found your forum.

The car is a '88 325ic white with a blue top and blue interior. It was a one owner and was garage kept from inception until 3 years ago...but the three years seem to have been hard on the entire vehicle unless the dude just lied to me. Sorry no pix, but the cleanup is still in process. This will be a third/play vehicle for me to mess around with. I hope I am up for the task.

4 main and obvious issues I will be working on immediately:
- 2 power windows don't work
- eratic idle
- some loud popping noise that comes from the back every so often while making slow speed turns
- the front bounces like the car has airbags and I am a pimp

Thanks for this forum, I see myself spending a bit of time here in the future.
