Moog Chassis Parts

Recently I purchase front lower front and rear upper front control arms from MOOG. (Dealer said car needed them) (Problem solver series) Fronts are now replaced. Rears however the inner bushing sleve contained a hole that was about 1/2" in diameter. Too big for small cam bolt which holds it in. Contacted MOOG, they even said the hole should be smaller. I have a new set on the way. Has anyone run into this before? are there different control arms for the 07 550i depending on package? Is it just a fluke? I guess I will find out when new parts arive. I would appreciate any thoughts, comments.

the metal sleeve on the bushing is to small for the cam bolt to go through?moog makes good parts thats the brand we use at my shop 99% of the time and i do quite a bit of suspension work never had problem unles wrong part all together, or it might just be a fluke or not the right part

No the metal sleeve in the inner bushing was too big and there was slop which would let the bushing and entire control arm move even with the cam bolt in place. I called MOOG, they said hole was definitley too big and is sending a different set with a different date stamp. I'll post an update when they arrive.
