Mis firing BMW

I have a 98 BMW m3 E36 and its up to 146,000 miles now its got a borla exhuast on it full system with a C.A.I and now i have a engine light on so i scanned it and got these

P0305 - Misfire Cylinder 5
P0306 - Misfire Cylinder 6

so i replaced the coils and spark plugs but...its still there and the car has a bogging sound to hit when i get on the gas i checked for air leaks bolted down some spots no leaks i have a belt that slipped off its pullies alittle and now im back to trying to find out the misfire issue...

any suggestions? Ideas? really need some help on this

What plugs are you using? Did you replace ALL the coils and plugs, or just on #5 and #6?
