Hello Bimmer nation, my Sis. BMW 540i with a V8, is smoking. The oil was checked, plenty of water in radiator and conduey from tail pipe is clean. Smoke is so thick it look like something from fog. Can anybody give me some tips?

Thank you for responding, I'm checking into that right now. The only description that I have at this point is that the car coughs up a lot of smoke, just short of billowing.
