Wink lost bimmer

Hi all.....I'm a newbee, I have a 95 325i that I'm currently working on. The problem is that it wont turn over by the key. What could be wrong with her?
now when I bump the starter with a screw driver, the engine will turn over.

Welcome to the Werkz. I would check the fuses first. If they are good, could be a solenoid or relay.
