I'm in Savannah and I'm buyng my first BMW. I found an 04 330ci traded in at a dealership that was bought by a soldier overseas. It's had a supercharger and perfomance lowering springs professionally installed, M3 exhaust, and CSL trunklid. When I drove it I was amazed at how fast this thing was when it hits boost. The car is in excellent shape with just over 80k miles. They are lettign me buy it for $11,500 which is below book and what I have seen them sell for online. Pics to come......
Well I met the guy who originally owned my car and found out a lot of interesting information. The engine was rebuilt about 6000 miles ago, forged pistons, rods, and crank, head reworked and performance cams. The rear end was replaced with an M3. There's many other mods done. The car was also featured in a BMW performance magazine............
More things I've discovered............
At 40mph I can hit 2nd gear hard and smoke the back tires for 50 ft
At 140mph in 5th gear I have plenty of room left and 6th gear
The car can do 0 to 60 in just under 4 sec
I'm loving this car!!!
