Is it when its idling once warm, or all through the rev range? Have you had a look around your intake fittings & ducting for vacuum leaks between your MAF and the intake manifold? An easy way of finding leaks is to grab a can of carby cleaning spray and give any suspect spots a bit of a hosing and see if the idle changes. Be sensible, don't set fire to your car in the process!
