The BMW mechanic said water went through the aircleaner. The car was not wet and there was no flood. I told them to investigate further how this could have happened.
I will appreciate your help to speak with BMW Munich or Singapore. Apparently in the Philippines we only have an authorized importer. The BMW Philippines has pulled out. We are under the Asian office of BMW in Singapore.
This has made things more difficult. It seems the dealer does not seem to care less and conveniently wants to put the blame on me.
Im sure this must be part of a bigger engine defect that may be due to a design flaw, and engine malfunction.
