Let me say my first experience with a BMW was a '84 535i Euro Spec that we bought while I was stationed in Germany in the late '90s. Well I really missed that car so I sold my '09 Kia Optima and bought a low mileage (51k) '05 330Ci Convertible from Porsche West Houston.

While there, my wife fell in love with a '04 X5. Well we did the only acceptable thing. We traded in her '07 Chevy HHR and bought both.

Glad to have you here. Please tell me your getting rid of those rims though. They are pretty gaudy. Ive never owned an X5, but I hear from other people who have they can be kinda demanding maintenance wise, so just keep that in mind (and budget).

My Mother-in-law liked my Wife's X5 so much she went and bought herself an '09 X5 3 days later from the same dealer.

My Son is keeping his F-150 though, otherwise it would be a little over the top.
