Hi there,

I'm from Bundaberg, Qld.

My friends claim I'm going through a midlife crisis.....I just went out and bought a BMW!
I've been promising to treat myself for years and finally went ahead last weekend end and bought this nice little 318TI you can see on the avatar.
I got the taste for BMW's back in the mid 80's when a company I worked for threw in a car as part of the deal. I had to wait three months for a Fraud (Ford) stationwagon, meantime I took out a mini-lease on a 318i cabriolet. It's taken 25 years to make good on the promise of getting one after I returned the 318i after the end of the mini-lease.

I've posted a couple of photos from the phone camera. I'll get hold of a decent camera and do some side views over the next couple of days.

I went for a 400Km drive yesterday to see some friends. Beaut to drive and economical as hell. Averaging around 5L/100Klm sitting on 110kph (68mph)
