Hi , I would say your best bet is to Heat the badge up with a hair dryer ( to warm up the glue ) then gently pry it away from the bodywork, Maybe put a towel or something soft on the bonnet so you dont damage your paint.
The Roundel just pops out with a small flat screwdriver, apply masking tape on the paints edge of the Roundel & pry upward!
If your are referring to the trunk badge on the right corner, use a hair dryer like Suss said, heat up badge & then with either a strong thin twine or fishing line drag it back & forth behind the badge........
