Just wanted to say hello to everyone on this forum. Yes, I AM a noob, as I've seen put under my username, to this site. What can I say? First BMW, 2003 325Ci convertible, black sapphire exterior, natural brown leather interior, 38k, in almost mint condition. The past owner must have really loved this car. Have had luxury cars in the past, but this is already proving to be a new experience in ownership. First convertible I've ever owned, finally (yes!) and I can already see why BMW enthusiasts say once you've driven a BMW, you don't buy anything else. The ability to fly off the expressway and hold the curves without braking is insane! I love the handling. I am finding, though, some other drivers do not treat you very nicely, almost like they're sending out a message like, "So you think you own the road because you own a Bimmer?" Guess they haven't gotten it yet. I have received, however, many a horn honk and waves from truck drivers and some other motorists when my daughter and I have the top down (on the car!!!).
