Hey New here!!

Hey everyone I'm new to the forum.
I have always been a fan of BMW. my favorite style is the 2000 style 330i sedan. I don't know too much about these cars yet as I have been in the Honda scene.
I am looking to get one soon, but I don't know where to start. I am really inclined to build one up but I need to acquire a lot of knowledge.
I have been looking around but I cannot seem to find a rolling shell for a BMW 3-series. I am looking for the 1999-2004 style. any light to shed where to look for a shell?
here is my plan.
Any 4door/sedan 1999-2004 style.
build to look stock or minor exterior mods.
would have it painted silver, gunmetal, copper, carbon black, or white.
possible engine thoughts.
I would like the 750 series v12 engine in there. if it would fit and the amount of work needed.
if not and extensive work needed, I would like either the 330i or ci motor in there, or the m3 motor. i guess the m1 engine is the same as the m3?
a 6speed manual trans from the m3 or 330ci, what transmission options for the v12 option?
borla or magnaflow exhaust system.
interior stock leather. black or dark gray.
some suspension mods. and stock rims. i like the bmw spoked wheels lol.
thanks and any insight would be appreciated
