Red face Help With heater control cables

Thanks for the nice welcome. I bought this 1987 325es and the dash was torn apart. I am trying to put the heater control cables together but have no idea which is the defrost, or heater and have no idea what the 3rd cable is. None of them are coded in any way. Can someone please help?
